摘要
阴阳五行学说是中医学的核心理论,贯穿在中医学理、法、方、药的各个层面。中医阴阳五行诊疗体系系列研究拟提炼《黄帝内经》《难经》等经典中关于阴阳五行指导分析病因、阐明病机、指导诊断、确立治法、处方遣药等方面的内容,发皇古义,融会新知。文章浅探中医如何运用阴阳五行的思维模型来分析和认识先天、后天等不同层面的病因,以为临床提供参考。
The theory of yin-yang and five elements is the core theory of TCM,which runs through mechanism,method,prescriptions and herbs of Chinese medicine theory.In this paper,we extract and purify contents from Huangdi Neijing,Nan Jing,and other classics about yin-yang and five elements,which guide to analysis of TCM etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,therapy and establish medicine content of prescription.We briefly discussed how to use the thinking model of yin-yang and five elements to analyze and know the cause of disease from different levels,hoping to provide reference for clinical practice.
