摘要
文章首先从"阴阳和"与"阴阳失和"的古代哲学原理研究入手,分析二者之间的辨证关系,而后梳理《黄帝内经》中二者体现的生命哲学内涵,最后通过解析二者之间相互发展与回归的轨迹,构建"阴阳失和"的三态疾病分类模型,形成新的疾病分类方法,并提出相应的以"恢复中和"为特点的治则治法用药体系,认为"阴阳失和"三态模型构建和临床应用是对疾病分类方法和中医临床治疗的有益补充和完善。
The article begins with the study of the ancient philosophy principle of‘harmony of yin-yang’and‘yin-yang disharmony’,analyzes the dialectical relationship between them,and then combs the connotation of life philosophy embodied by them in the Huangdi Neijng.Finally,by analyzing the track of mutual development and regression between the two,a three-state disease classification model of‘yin-yang disharmony’is constructed,and a new disease classification method is formed,and a corresponding treatment principle drug system characterized by‘recovery and neutralization’is put forward.It is considered that the construction and clinical application of the three-state model of‘yin-yang disharmony’is a useful supplement and perfection to the classification of diseases and the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
