摘要
通过整理古典医籍有关脉痹的论述,对其病因病机、诊断要点、治疗的发生及其演变进行源流梳理,界定其疾病名定义的内涵及外延:脉痹是由于营卫失调,卫不御外,腠理空虚,营不循脉,风寒湿邪乘虚侵入血脉,脉道瘀阻所致,临床以肌肉着席而痛、身体不仁、四肢痹痛等肢体相关症候,伴见萎黄、面颜脱色、身时热、脉空虚等头面及全身症候为特征的疾病,病情迁延累及于心。并揭示其临床价值,并为中医疾病分类体系及疾病名术语标准化建设提供实例。
By sorting out the classical medical books on ‘pulse bi’, this paper combs the origin of the pathogenesis, diagnostic points, occurrence and evolution of treatment of pulse bi, and defines the connotation and extension of the definition of disease name of pulse bi: pulse bi is due to imbalance of ying and wei, defense against external defense, emptiness of management, non-circulation of ying, wind, cold and dampness evil taking advantage of deficiency invasion. Into the blood vein, blood stasis caused by the pulse, clinical muscle seating pain, physical inhumanity, limb arthralgia and other limb-related symptoms, accompanied by yellowing, facial discoloration, body heat, pulse emptiness and other head and systemic symptoms characterized by the disease, the disease prolonged to the heart. It also reveals the clinical value of pulse arthralgia and provides an example for the standardization of disease classification system and disease terminology in TCM.
