摘要
血燥证是银屑病的一个基本证型,是银屑病发病转归中的一个重要环节,通过纵览中医名家对银屑病血燥证的认识、银屑病血燥证的现代研究和中医治疗,发现银屑病血燥证与血的关系密切,临床实践中应辨证地看待银屑病血燥与血热、血瘀的相关性,注重分析血燥证候的成因及不同兼夹证,中药内服和外治治疗银屑病血燥证独具优势;同时,中医药治疗银屑病血燥证存在缺乏科学统一的疗效评价标准、实验研究不足等问题,因此,需要从不同层面发掘和拓展中医药治疗银屑病血燥证的优势,才能更好地服务于临床实践。
Syndrome of blood dryness is not only a basic syndrome type in psoriasis,but also an important part in the development of psoriasis process.The concept,study and TCM treatment of psoriasis with syndrome of blood drynessare reviewed from literature,and it is found that psoriasis with syndrome of blood dryness is closely associated with blood.It should clearly identify the differences between white crust with blood dryness,blood heat and blood stasis,and analyze the different causes and accompanying syndromes of syndrome of blood dryness.Internal and external treatments of TCM in the treatment of psoriasis with syndrome of blood dryness have unique advantages.There are many shortcomings in the treatment of psoriasis with syndrome of blood dryness such as lack of response evaluation criteria and experimental foundation.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and expand TCM treating advantages of psoriasis with syndrome of blood dryness from different levels,so as to serve for clinical practice better.
