摘要
朱南孙教授从医已70余载,在治疗妇科疾病方面积累了丰富的临床经验,见解独到。其尤以擅长治疗女子不孕,临床效果显著。朱南孙教授提倡不孕的辨证应当首分虚实,虚则当辨阴阳,实则当别清通、温通。治疗上更是提出虚则调补肝肾、填补精血,实则理气通滞,清热利湿的治疗原则,收到良好的临床疗效。文章对朱南孙教授治疗不孕验案两则进行讨论浅析,以期为临床治疗女子不孕提供新的思路和方法。
Professor ZHU Nan-sun has accumulated more than 70 years' clinical experience in gynecology,especially specializing in the treatment of female infertility.Professor ZHU Nan-sun advocates that treating infertility should firstly distinguish deficiency and excess.If it is deficiency,distinguishing yin and yang should be put in the first place.If it is excess,distinguish qingtong and wentong first.She puts forward the principles of treatment: deficiency,fill the kidney and liver to make it solid with jingxie,while excess,regulate qi stagnant in order to clear heat and promote diuresis,which has turned out to be very effective.The author will put forward some new thought and methods for clinical treatment of infertility based on professor ZHU Nan-sun's two cases about treating infertility.
