摘要
目的:研究刺五加皂苷对模拟失重4周大鼠血清生化指标(血脂、血糖、肝功能、肾功能、免疫功能)的影响。方法:将50只SD大鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,模型组及给药组尾吊4周后,心脏取血,检测血脂、血糖及肝、肾功能、免疫功能等生化指标。结果:模拟失重4周后,模型组大鼠胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)升高(P<0.05);甘油三酯(TG)、葡萄糖(GLU)含量明显下降(P<0.05);总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)及白球比(A/G)降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)有降低趋势。刺五加皂苷高剂量对升高的TC有降低趋势,同时显著性降低模型失重组有升高趋势的CREA(P<0.05);刺五加中、低剂量不同程度升高TP、ALB及A/G、ALP。结论:刺五加皂苷对模拟失重4周所致大鼠血脂、血糖、免疫功能变化均有不同程度的改善作用,对肝、肾功能影响不大。
Objective: To study the effects of Acanthopanax Senticosus saponin on serum biochemical indexes(blood lipid, blood glucose, immune function, liver and renal function) in simulated weightlessness rats. Methods: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, high-dose groups, medium-dose group and low-dose group(n=10). The rats of the groups in addition to the blank group were imposed tail hanging. After four weeks, the rats were sacrificed to take blood. The biochemical indicators such as blood lipids, blood glucose, liver function, renal function and immune function were measured. Results: After 4 weeks of simulated weightlessness, the levels of cholesterol(TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in model group were significantly increased(P<0.05); the content of triglycerides and glucose(GLU) were significantly decreased(P<0.05); total protein(TP), albumin(ALB) and albumin-globulin ratio(A/G) were decreased(P<0.05, P<0.01); the content of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) was decreased. Acanthopanax senticosides saponin of high dose group had trend to decrease TC, and it could significantly decrease elevated CREA of model group(P<0.05). Acanthopanax senticosides saponin of medium and low dose group had trend to increase TP, ALB, A/G and ALP in different degrees. Conclusion: Simulated weightlessness of 4 weeks has an obvious impact on immune function, a certain impact on blood lipid and blood glucose, little on the liver and renal function, and Acanthopanax senticosidessaponin can adjust these changes.
