急性缺血性中风病痰热腑实证与血小板抑制率的相关研究 被引量:1

Correlation between the platelet inhibition ratios and syndrome of excessive fu-viscera caused by phlegm-heat in patients with acute ischemic stroke

摘要 目的:探究急性缺血性中风病患者血小板抑制率的特点及其与痰热腑实证的关系。方法:纳入符合标准的急性缺血性中风病患者85例,辨证属痰热腑实证者44例,非痰热腑实者41例,对所有患者进行性别、年龄、病史等信息记录,并采用血栓弹力图进行血小板抑制率(AA抑制率、ADP抑制率)检测。结果:急性缺血性中风病患者ADP抑制率、(AA+ADP)抑制率均与病程呈直线负相关(r分别为-0.223、-0.264,P<0.05),AA抑制率与ADP抑制率呈直线正相关(r=0.283,P<0.01),痰热腑实证组ADP抑制率、(AA+ADP)抑制率水平较非痰热腑实证组低(P<0.05)。结论:急性缺血性中风病患者随病程增长,血小板聚集程度增高;痰热腑实证患者具有更高的血小板聚集程度。 Objective: To investigate the platelet inhibition ratios in acute ischemic stroke patients and its relationship with syndrome of excessive fu-viscera caused by phlegm-heat. Methods: A total of 85 qualified subjects were recruited(44 in the study group with syndrome of excessive fu-viscera caused by phlegm-heat, the other 41 in the control group with other TCM syndromes). For all the subjects, basic information including gender, age and medical history were collected and platelet inhibition ratios(arachidonic acid pathway and ADP pathway) were tested through thrombelastograph. Results: ADP pathway inhibition ratio and the sum of two ratios had negative correlations with the duration of disease(r=-0.223,-0.264, respectively, P<0.05). AA pathway inhibition ratio was positively correlated with ADP pathway inhibition ratio(r=0.283, P<0.01). The ADP pathway inhibition ratio and the sum of two ratios in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: For acute ischemic stroke patients, the degree of platelet aggregation seems to be severer with time going by from onset. Patients with syndrome of excessive fu-viscera caused by phlegm-heat have higher degree of platelet aggregation.
