摘要
文章从《伤寒论》六经辨证理论出发,探讨肝细胞性肝癌的发病过程,认为其符合六经辨证的表现,在其整个发病过程中,可见到太阳证、阳明证、少阳证、太阴证、少阴证以及厥阴证,并且随着正邪的变化具有一定的传变规律,对临床上治疗肝细胞性肝癌过程中经方的使用和"既病防变"有着一定的借鉴意义。
To investigate the performance which were matched with the syndrome-differentiation of six channels in the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) according to the theory of syndrome differentiation of six channels in Shanghan Lun. In the course of the disease, Taiyang syndrome, Yangming syndrome, Shaoyang syndrome, Taiyin syndrome, Shaoyin syndrome and Jueyin syndrome could be seen. In additional, it showed a transmission rule with the change of pathogenic qi and vital qi to some extend. It provided a guidance on the using of classical prescription and the preventive treatment of disease in the treatment of HCC, which had a reference significance to some extend.
