摘要
笔者汲取古人的宝贵经验,分析窦汉卿"轻而徐入,不痛之因"的核心思想,结合临床操作体验,深刻领会其"轻"和"徐"各自的含义,及二者密不可分的联系,结合应用于针刺"入"的操作过程中,增加医者"治神""守神"等能力的前提下,既可解决患者生理性疼痛,又可缓解心理方面疼痛,保证针刺操作稳妥顺利,明显实现"不痛"的针刺效果,有效提高针刺疗效。
Depending on the precious experience from ancients and the clinical operation experience, we fully analyzed the core idea of ‘acupuncture in light and slow way could relieve the pain' proposed by DOU Han-qing, to profoundly understand the meaning of ‘acupuncture in light and slow way' as well as the relationship. Applying the idea to the acupuncture operation will enhance the ability of treating mind and keeping mind, ensuring the safe and smooth acupuncture operation and improving the efficacy of acupuncture due to solving the physical pain and alleviating the psychological pain.
