摘要
目的:观察二补助育汤及改良方对胚泡着床障碍模型小鼠子宫内膜整合素ανβ3、干细胞因子(SCF)mRNA及同源盒基因10(HOXA-10)mRNA表达的影响。方法:实验动物分为6组:空白组、模型组、补佳乐组、阿司匹林组、二补助育组、改良方组。建立小鼠胚泡着床障碍模型,于造模的同时给药,其后处死小鼠,检测小鼠子宫内膜各指标的表达量。结果:模型组小鼠子宫内膜整合素ανβ3、SCF mRNA、HOXA-10 mRNA表达均明显低于空白组(P<0.01);与模型组比较,改良方组、二补助育组小鼠子宫内膜整合素ανβ3、SCF mRNA、HOXA-10 mRNA表达均明显增加(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:二补助育汤及改良方均可提高子宫内膜容受性,其可能机制为通过上调整合素ανβ3、SCF mRNA及HOXA-10 mRNA的表达,从而改善子宫内膜容受性以利于胚泡对子宫内膜的黏附。
Objective: To observe the effects of Erbu Zhuyu Decoction and its improved prescription onintegrin ανβ3, SCF mRNA and HOXA-10 mRNA expression in endometrium of mice model with dysfunctional embryo implantation. Methods: The mice model with dysfunctional embryo implantation was established, and the experimental animals were divided into six groups: blank group, model group, progynova groupaspirin group, aspirin group, Erbu Zhuyu Decoction group, modified Erbu Zhuyu Prescription group. Administration of drugs was conducted while the models were built. Then the mice were killed, and the expression quantity of each index inside endometrium of mice was measured. Results: By multiple comparisons, model group had a significantly lower expression of all the indicators compared with that in blank group(P<0.01); Erbu Zhuyu Decoction group and its modified prescription group, each had a significantly higher expression on ανβ3, SCF mRNA, HOXA-10 mRNA than the model group(P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: Erbuzhuyu Decoction and its modified prescription might improve the endometrial receptivity. Its possible mechanism is increasing the expression of ανβ3, SCF mRNA and HOXA-10 mRNA, thereby, improving the endometrial receptivity, and strengthening blastocysts adhesion.
