摘要
现观鼻鼽,多责于气、阳之虚,然翻阅历史文献可知,鼻鼽病机复杂多变,火邪致病亦不少见。为此,文章对古代关于鼻鼽的经典文献进行了细致整理、分析。从释名、病机、治法三方面进行细致论述,从天、地、人三角度深入思考,力求基于文献,大胆延伸,对鼻鼽发病之机、治进行详细探讨。笔者认为,鼻鼽之机关乎气、阳固也,然疾病变化万端,内虚、实火抑或燥气致病不可不察,谨于大道,以大求小,则万变不离其宗。
It is a common opinion that the Qi or yang deficiency is the main account for allergic rhinitis.However,basing on the ancient literatures,we find that the pathogenesis of the disease is complex.The heat and fire pathogen has not been rare as a pathogenic factor of the disease.The classic ancient literatures about this disease were reviewed systematically and analyzed in detail in the article.The article discussed the disease from three points including name explanation,pathogenesis and treatment.Being dedicated to innovation,the authors thought deeply from the perspective of heaven-human-earth based on the ancient literatures.The author supported the opinion that inner deficiency,excess fire or dryness pathogen also were the pathogenic factors of allergic rhinitis.Following the 'Tao',we could solve the problems no matter how it was changing.
