摘要
通过对脾脏实体在中西文化背景下的文献及其认知的考察,以及中医经典与现代医学相关论述的比较分析,结果显示:《黄帝内经》《释名》《三国志》等所论之"脾",无论是从解剖或生理、病理及相关疾病角度而言,都与现代解剖学所说的胰腺(pancreas)相似,而与"脾"(spleen)的英译名相去甚远。
Through analyzing the essence of Pi from literature of Chinese and western culture and comparing classical TCM works and modern literature, it come out that Pi described in Huangdi Neijing, Shiming and Sanguozhi had nothing to do with its English translation ‘spleen', but had some similarities with pancreatic gland in anatomy from the prospective of dissection, physiology, pathology and related diseases.
