摘要
合理情绪治疗理论表明,人的情绪以及一些行为问题,是因非理性信念造成的。祛除非理性的、不合理的信念,以正确合理的信念取代非理性信念,能有效促进人的心理健康。大学新生尤其需要更多的心理辅导支持。本文探讨运用合理情绪疗法协助J大学生案主Z处理其害羞、焦虑情绪和严重的人际退缩问题。通过三个阶段四次咨询辅导,Z建立了新的合理的理念,摆脱了心理困扰。经过脱敏疗法对她开展的行为训练后,人际交往的恐惧心理和行为得以消除,恢复了健康的生活方式。
Rational emotive behavior therapy theory suggests that people's emotions as well as some behavioral problems, are caused by irrational beliefs. To get rid of the irrational beliefs and to replace irrational beliefs with correct and reasonable beliefs can effectively improve mental health. Freshmen of college students, particularly, need more psychological counseling support. The paper explores the application of rational emotive behavior therapy to assisting a Ms X in J University to deal with her shyness, anxiety and severe interpersonal withdrawal problems after six months in the university. After four sessions of counseling during three process phases, Ms X has got rid of her psychological distress by establishing her new rational beliefs. Furthermore, she has eliminated her fears for interpersonal communication and has restored a healthy lifestyle after her behavior training through desensitization therapy.
