摘要
[目的/意义]开放获取(OA)对缓解信息资源不均衡,实现共建共享具有重要意义。[方法/过程]采用会议综述和文献分析方法,从OA发展现状、OA发展理念、图书馆发展的机遇和挑战、图书馆的角色定位、OA的实践成果、CALIS数字图书馆2.0行动计划6个方面,介绍OA的理论研究和实践进展情况,并提出政策、宣传和实践等方面的建议。[结果/结论]学界对OA高度关注,OA生命力旺盛。发展OA要加强政策制定、宣传工作,以及OA合作与实践。
[Purpose/significance]Open access（OA）is of significance for alleviating imbalance of information resources and realizing co-construction and sharing. [Method/process]The paper uses conference review and document analysis to summarize the development of theoretical researches and practices of OA from 6 aspects of development situation of OA,development concept of OA,opportunities and challenges for library＇s development,library＇s role orientation,practical achievements of OA,CALIS＇s action plan for digital library 2.0,and proposes suggestions for OA from aspects of policy,propaganda and practice. [Result/conclusion]Academia pays high attention to OA,OA has exuberant vitality. To develop OA should strengthen policy making,propaganda work and OA＇s cooperation and practice.
