摘要 由于发动机叶片型面复杂且参数繁多,通常需对叶片各个截面进行检测,即把对叶片型面的检测转化为曲线测量,针对这一难题,研究了叶片截面型线的拟合算法。三次样条插值、Bezier曲线拟合、三次B样条曲线拟合是曲线造型具有代表性的三种方法,对比这三种方法的优缺点来确定适合叶片截面型线拟合的算法,并通过实例,利用三坐标测量机得到14组叶片截面型线的离散数据点,通过MATLAB编写程序来验证截面型线的拟合算法。根据三种方法理论上的优缺点和实验结果的图形显示对比可知,三次B样条曲线拟合的结果最为理想,该结论为叶片型面检测提供了依据。 Because of the complexity of engine blade profile and the parameter is various, it is usually detect the different sections of the blade,and the detection of the blade surface is transformed into a curve measurement. To solve this problem,the fitting algorithm of the blade section line is studied. Through literature analysis, cubic spline interpolation, Bezier curve fitting, cubic B spline curve fitting is the basic method of curve modeling. Therefore, the suitable algorithm for the blade section line fitting is determined by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of these three methods. And through using the three coordinate measuring machines to get the discrete data points of 14 sets of blade section line,the MATLAB program to verify the section of the line fitting algorithm. According to the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods and the corresponding experimental results, cubic B spline curve fitting is the most ideal. The conclusion provided a good basis for the detection of leaf surface.
