摘要
通过可加工陶瓷多磨粒磨削有限元仿真,研究了磨粒数目等因素对应力应变的影响。结果表明:2磨粒磨削应力和应变变化趋势相似,随磨削速度增大,2磨粒磨削应变小于3磨粒应变;3磨粒磨削时,磨粒深度达到1.2mm后应力和应变开始显著增大。
By finite element simulation of multiparticles grinding, the stress and strain were studied in machining ceramics of grinding process. The simulation results indicated: the variation trend of stress and strain is similar in grinding of the 2 abrasive grains. With increasing of the grinding speed, the strain of the 2 abrasive grains is less than that of the 3. When the grinding depth is greater than 1.2mm, the stress and strain is significant increase.
