摘要 [目的/意义]在"互联网+教育"呈现方兴未艾之趋势下,K12在线教育优势愈发凸显。A企业起步较早、发展缓慢,面临激烈的竞争环境,如何才能紧跟时代步伐、立于不败之地,成为企业发展的关键。[方法/过程]运用文献调查法、PEST分析法、SWOT分析法,对K12在线教育企业竞争态势进行研究,并提出相关企业竞争战略。[结果/结论]该战略的提出为A企业的健康发展指明方向,同时,为加速教育信息化进程,实现偏远地区的教育公平,促进我国基础教育的可持续发展做贡献。 [Purpose / Significance]Under the tendency of the " Internet + education" which is still in the ascendant,K12 online education becomes more and more prominent. Enterprise A started earlier,but developed slowly. In the face of fierce competition,how to keep pace with the times and be in an invincible position,becomes the key to the development of enterprise A.[Method / Process]In this paper,the methods include literature survey,PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. And taking A company as an example,the paper makes a research on the competitive situation of K12 online education enterprise and puts forw ard competitive strategy on enterprise.[Result / Conclusion]This strategy is proposed to indicate the direction for the healthy development of enterprise A,accelerate the process of educational information,realize educational equality,and promote the sustainable development of the basic education in our country.
