摘要
以某型号湿式气缸套为研究对象,运用Pro CAST有限元软件模拟分析其卧式离心铸造过程温度场、固液相等变化规律,并优化设计了模具结构,实现了气缸套毛坯整个长度内均匀顺序凝固,减少了内外壁硬度及金相组织差异。
Taking a certain type of wet-type cylinder liner as research object, the temperature field and the liquid-solid phase distribution of wet-type cylinder liner in horizontal centrifugal casting process were simulated based on Pro CAST software, and the structure optimization of the mold was conducted. It would help to achieve uniform and sequential solidification in the whole length of the castings and reduce the difference between internal and external surface in hardness and metallographic structure.
