摘要 借助真空电弧熔炼纽扣锭的方法,研究了合金元素Mo和Nb的含量对节镍型耐热铸钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在合理范围内,随Mo含量的增加,试样的硬度、抗拉强度逐渐增加,伸长率逐渐降低,Mo含量为0.8%~1.0%时具有较好的常温综合力学性能;随Nb含量增加,试样的硬度、抗拉强度、伸长率逐渐增加,Nb的含量为0.08%~0.10%时具有较好的常温综合力学性能。 Influences of Mo and Nb content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of nickel-based heat-resistant steel smelted by vacuum arc furnace were investigated. The results show that, in a certain range, with the increase of Mo content, the hardness and tensile strength of the samples increases, while elongation reduces. A better mechanical property can be obtained when the content of Mo is 0.8% ~1.0%. With Nb content increases, the hardness, tensile strength and elongation increase, when Nb content is 0.08%~0.10%, the material has a better comprehensive mechanical properties.
