摘要
以醋酸钯为催化剂,三环己基膦为配体,碳酸铯为碱,甲苯为溶剂,4-溴-三联吡啶和2-甲酸甲酯-吲嗪经Heck偶联反应合成了一个新型的吲嗪三联吡啶(3),其结构经~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR和HR-MS表征。并研究了3的荧光性能。结果表明:溶剂极性增加,3的荧光强度降低,最大发射波长红移;Cu^(2+)可完全淬灭3的荧光;3的Cu^(2+),Cd^(2+),Zn^(2+)配合物对部分氨基酸有荧光响应。
A novel indolizine terpyridine( 3) was synthesized by Heck coupling reaction of 4-Br-terpyridine with 2-carboxylate-indolizine,using Pd( OAc)_2as catalyst,P( C_6H_(11))_3as ligand,Cs_2CO_3 as base and toluene as solvent. The structure was characterized by^1 H NMR,^(13)C NMR and HR-MS. The fluorescence property of 3 was investigated. The results indicated that the fluorescence intensity of 3declined and adsorption wavelength exhibited red shift while the solvent polarity increased. Cu^(2+)could completely quenching the fluorescence of 3. The complex of 3 with Cu^(2+),Cd^(2+),Zn^(2+)exhibited fluorescent response to partial amino acids.
