摘要
高职院校的职业生涯规划教育对于学生十分重要,关系到学生参与社会工作的合理性和稳定性。同时作为与学生和社会实际情况挂钩的教育,职业生涯规划有着其特殊的复杂度,就当前而言关于高职职业生涯教育的实效性仍不容乐观,还需要进一步研究和完善。文章着重对于职业生涯的难点、内容和方案进行探讨,并提出相应的保障措施。
Career planning education in higher vocational colleges is very important for students, which is relat- ed to the rationality and stability of students＇ participation in social work. At the same time, as with the students and social practice link of education, career planning has the special complexity, the effectiveness of higher voca- tional career education is still not optimistic, still needs further research and improvement. This paper focuses on the difficulties, content and program of career, and puts forward the corresponding measures.
