摘要
乳化炸药作为国内重要的工业炸药品种,其生产过程的安全受到各级政府的广泛关注。近八年来,乳化炸药生产技术进步的最大亮点之一是逐渐广泛地使用静态混合器替代原有的动态旋转设备,尤其是乳化设备和敏化设备。主要介绍了静态混合器在乳化炸药生产的两个关键工序——乳化和敏化的应用情况。静态混合器用于乳化炸药的生产,可提高炸药生产企业的安全生产水平。
The emulsion explosive is the important type of industrial explosives,and safety of its production procedure is widely focused on respective levels of state governments.In recent eight years,the greatest highlight of emulsion explosive production technology improvements is to increasingly and broadly replace initial rotation devices,especially emulsification devices and sensitization devices by static mixers.This paper mainly makes an introduction on applications of the static mixers in two key processes of the emulsion explosive production,i.e.emulsification process and sensitization process.The static mixers are used in the emulsion explosive production,which may improve safe production levels of explosive production enterprises.
