摘要
目的:观察穴位电刺激治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期便秘的临床疗效。方法:将符合本研究纳入标准的90例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组46例和对照组44例。治疗组采用穴位电刺激和开塞露治疗,对照组采用单纯开塞露灌肠治疗。两组患者分别治疗1个月,观察两组在开塞露用量、使用频率、大便质地、排便努力程度等方面变化。结果:治疗组有效率为95.7%,对照组有效率为75.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组开塞露用量、使用频率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位电刺激治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期便秘疗效显著。
Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint electric stimulation on constipation of patients with ische- mic stroke during recovery stage. Methods：Ninety patients constipation of patients with ischemic stroke during recovery, stage who comply with the study criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 46 and 44 cases respec- tively in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with acupoint electric stimulation and Sorbitol Enema,while the ones in the control group were treated only with Sorbitol Enema. The ones in the two groups were treated for one month,then the two groups＇ changes of Sorbitol Enema dosage, use frequency ,stool property and defecation eftbrt were observed. Results：The ef- fective rate of the treatment group was 95.7% ,while that of the control group was 75.0% ; And the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈0.05）. In terms of Sorbitol Enema dosage and its use frequency,the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion：Acupoint electric stimulation has a remarkable clinical curative effect on constipation of patients with ischemic stroke during recovery stage.
