内皮祖细胞移植治疗急性肝功能衰竭及肝硬化的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 我国是肝病大国,每年死于肝功能衰竭等终末期肝病者约100万人。肝炎病毒、药物、肝毒性物质(如乙醇,各种化学制剂等)、遗传代谢性疾病均可以引起肝功能衰竭[1]。而肝硬化患者的并发症严重影响其生存质量,尤其门静脉高压症是引起肝硬化患者死亡或需要进行肝移植的一个重要原因。通过传统的内科综合支持疗法治疗,死亡率高。血浆置换等人工肝支持治疗虽能暂时改善患者肝功能,但能否提高患者存活率尚存争议,且需消耗大量的血液资源。
