摘要
目的观察火针局部点刺配合毫针联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗枕神经痛的临床疗效。方法将75例枕神经痛患者随机分为2组。对照组37例予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,治疗组38例在对照组治疗基础上加用火针局部点刺配合毫针治疗。2组均治疗7 d后统计临床疗效,并观察2组日疼痛发作次数、每次疼痛持续时间。结果治疗组总有效率94.74%,对照组总有效率75.68%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组枕神经痛日发作的总次数、每次疼痛的持续时间均减少(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论火针局部点刺配合毫针联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗枕神经痛疗效确切,且能改善疼痛症状。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of red- hot needle localized pricking combined with ibuprofen sustained release capsule on the treatment of occipital neuralgia. Methods 75 occipital neuralgia patients were randomly divided into two groups. 37 patients in control group were treated by ibuprofen sustained release capsule. 38 patients in treatment group were treated by red- hot needle localized pricking combined with acupuncture therapy on the basis of control group treatment. The curative effect was evaluated 7 d after treatment in two groups,and the daily pain attack times and duration of pain were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（ 94. 74%） was superior to that in control group（ 75. 68%,P〈0. 05）. The daily pain attack times and duration of pain were reduced in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Red- hot needle localized pricking combined with acupuncture therapy and ibuprofen sustained release capsule have exact effect on the treatment of occipital neuralgia,can reduce pain symptoms.
