壳聚糖纳米纤维多孔膜制备研究进展

摘要 壳聚糖(CS)是一种自然界含量丰富的可再生的天然高分子,且具有无毒、无害、生物相容性、生物可降解性、易于成膜以及不易造成二次污染等优点.壳聚糖分子中每个葡萄糖单元含有1个氨基,能与很多具有空轨道的重金属离子形成稳定的螯合物,是一种优良的重孔金属吸附剂,并应用于水处理.将壳聚糖制备成纳米纤维的多膜可提高其比表面积和孔隙率,大大提高其重金属吸附容量.纳米纤维多孔膜的制备方法,主要包括相转化法、静电纺丝法、模板浸取法、聚合物辅助倒相法、超临界CO_2辅助法和冷冻诱导相分离法. Chitosan is a natural renewable resources with many attractive properties such as non-toxic,pollution-free,biocompatible and biodegradable etc.More importantly it is quite easy to prepare films or fibers from it.Meanwhile,the chitosan contains a large amount of-NH2 groups,which can chelate with heavy metal ions.So it is a widely used absorbent for heavy metals in wastewater treatment.In order to improve the absorption capacity of chitosan for heavy metals,the chitosan porous membranes composed nanofibers with high specific surface area and porosity were prepared.Fabrication of chitosan porous membranes composed nanofibers were reviewed,including phase inversion,electrospinning,template immersing,polymer auxiliary phase inversion,supercritical CO2 auxiliary method and freezing induced phase separation.
