文章认为，自今年起，欧央行和日本央行宽松政策已无法进一步压低欧元和日元汇率、刺激经济，全球货币战争宣告结束。由此产生系列正面影响：欧元将走强；日元今年将保持稳定；各国央行可以停止与欧央行和日本央行的逐底竞争；欧元和日元走强能使人民币在不对美元贬值的前提下对一篮子货币贬值；新兴市场国家货币将不再受全球负面因素的影响。
According to the article, as the loosening monetary policies of the European central bank and the bank of Japan could no longer drive Euro and Yen down nor stimulate the economy since this year, the global currency war comes to an end. This will bring some positive effects： Euro will be strong and Yen will remain stable in this year; global central banks can stop racing to the bottom with the European central bank and the Japan＇s central bank; strong Euro and Yen mean that RMB can depreciate to a basket of currencies while keep stable to USD; currencies of emerging countries will no longer be affected by global negative factors.
