摘要
目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声检查对BI—RADS分级诊断标准方法在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用及其价值。万法:以我院2013年1月-2015年3月收治的50例乳腺疾病患者(60个病灶)为研究对象,使用高频彩色多普勒进行超声检查,使用BI—RADS分级诊断标准方法进行超声分级诊断。结果:60个病灶中,BI—RADS3级有24个,组织病理学证实良性18个(75%),恶性6个(25%);BI—RADS4级有21个,组织病理学证实良性3个(14.29%),恶性18个(85.71%);BI—RADS5级有15个,组织病理学证实良性0个(0),恶性15个(100%)。结论:在高频彩色多普勒对乳腺疾病进行超声检查时,使用BI—RADS分级诊断标准能够进一步提高检查的准确率,对乳腺病灶的良恶性的风险评估更加精准,在临床诊治中具有重要的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the application and value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast diseases by BI - RADS classification. Methods: in our hospital in January 2013 and 2015 3 months from 50 cases of breast disease patients (60 lesions) as the research object, by high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography, ultrasound diagnosis classification using BI - RADS lexicon method. Results: 60 lesions, BI - RADS grade 3 have 24, histologically proven benign 18 (75%), malignant six (25%) ; the BI - RADS grade 4 has 21, histologically proven benign 3 ( 14.29% ), 18 malignant (85.71%) ; BI - RADS grade 5 is 15, histopathological study confirmed benign 0 (0), malignant 15 ( 100% ). Conclusion: in the high frequency color Doppler in diagno- sis of breast disease by ultrasonography, using BI - RADS lexicon can further improve the inspection accuracy and of breast tumor of be- nign and malignant risk assessment more accurate, in the clinical diagnosis and treatment has important application value.
