摘要
针对数控机床上通用变频器外送维修费用高、维修不及时等问题,通过对变频器的组成和原理的分析,总结出各组成电路的主要故障现象、原因及相应的维修方法,并设计了IGBT管性能、驱动电路驱动能力的检测电路,以维修实例介绍了变频器维修的检测方法及维修操作。实践证明:运用IGBT管性能、驱动电路驱动能力的检测电路能准确、及时地维修好变频器大部分故障,并且检测电路的设计可供同行借签。
General frequency converter for the NC machine outside the problems such as the high cost of mainte- nance, maintenance is not timely, through the analysis of the composition and principle of the frequency converter, this paper sums up the main failure phenomena of each circuit, the reason and the corre- sponding maintenance method, and designs the IGBT tube performance ability, drive circuit, introduced ideas of frequency converter maintenance, testing methods and maintenance skills with repair case, practice has proved: using IGBT tube performance, the drive ability of driving circuit detection circuit can accurately and timely maintenance most frequency converter fault, and detection circuit design can be for reference.
