摘要
通过对尾座体、尾座移动传动链、尾座套筒及其传动链、卡盘及卡盘夹紧机构和自动润滑机构的设计,保证了重型卧式车床内部传动振动小、扭矩足够大、并验证了气动马达代替电动机的想法,对机床发展的多样性起到了很重要的推动作用。
Through the design and analysis of tailstock body, tailstock mobile transmission chain, tailstock sleeve and the drive chain, chuck and chuck clamping mechanism and automatic lubrication mechanism, to ensure that the heavy horizontal lathe internal drive vibration is small, toque is large enough, and verify the idea of air motor instead of the motor, play a very important role in diversity of machine develonment.
