摘要
合成了荧光增白剂Leukophor EHB[4,4 '-双(2-甲酸乙酯乙烯基)二苯乙烯],它的化学结构经核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)和质谱(EI-MS)得到表征.其在二氯甲烷中的最大吸收波长为369 nm,最大荧光波长为423 nm,绝对荧光量子产率为0.33.4,4 '-双(2-甲酸乙酯乙烯基)二苯乙烯对PVC的增白效果不如荧光增白剂ER(C.I.荧光增白剂199),但是亮度要高于后者.将4,4'-双(2-甲酸乙酯乙烯基)二苯乙烯与荧光增白剂ER以质量比2∶8混合后对PVC的增白效果则具有明显的加和增效作用.
4,4'- bis(2-ethylformyl vinyl)-stilbene was synthesized and its chemical structure was characterized by 1H NMR and EI-MS. Its maximum absorption wavelength and maximum emission wavelengths in dichloromethane are 369 um and 423 nm, respectively, and its absolute fluorescence quantum yield is 0.33. The whitening effect of 4,4'-bis(2-ethylformyl vinyl)-stilbene on PVC is not as good as the fluorescent whitening agent ER (C.I. fluorescent whitening agent 199), however the brightness is higher than the latter. Meanwhile the whitening effect of the mixture of 4,4'- bis(2-ethylformyl vinyl)-stilbene and fluorescent whitening agent ER with mixing ratio of 2:8 on PVC exhibited a significant synergism.
