摘要
通过折射定律对等厚干涉进行了几何图形分析,得到反射光的实际交汇点进而得到实际测量的角度,分析了实际值与理论值的区别.在提出了最佳入射角概念的基础上,分别讨论了入射角度大于、小于最佳入射角的情况.通过数值分析,得到了各因素的影响关系,并提出了减小劈尖夹角测量误差的思路,最后进行了实验验证.
In this paper,through the analysis of the geometrical figure of the refraction law,the actual intersection point of the reflected light is obtained,and the difference between the actual value and the theoretical value is analyzed.On the basis of the concept of the optimal incidence angle that is put forward,the situation of the incident angle greater than and less than the optimal incident angle is discussed.Through numerical analysis,the influence of the factors is obtained,and the method of reducing the error of the angle of the wedge angle is put forward.Finally,the experimental verification is carried out.
