新型接地开关的自力型触头设计

摘要 基于新一代开关柜研发需要,依据当前接地开关现状及存在的问题,进行了插入式接地开关的自力型触头的初步设计;利用理论推导和有限元分析对设计的触头进行设计校核,并制造样机进行试验验证。试验结果表明:设计的触头满足机械寿命以及短时和峰值耐受电流试验的要求,验证了该自力型触头设计方法的合理性。 According to the need of the development of new generation switch cabinet,based on the current situation and the existing problems of earthing switch, the plug-in earth switch having self-elastic contact is designed preliminarily. Through the theory calculation and simulation analysis, the design of self-elastic contact is checked,and the prototype for testing the performance of the contact is made. Experimental result shows that the design of the contact can meet the requirements of the mechanical endurance and the short-time withstand current test. The rationality of the design method of the self-elastic contact is verified.
