摘要
换相失败是影响特高压直流工程受端电网安全稳定运行的重要因素。以一起复杂交流故障导致的锦苏直流换相失败事件为背景,介绍了故障过程和保护动作时序,并且从原理上分析了此次换相失败发生的原因以及换相失败保护动作情况。采用RTDS和特高压直流控制保护真型装置连接构成闭环仿真平台,对此次换相失败事件进行了反演,将仿真结果与实际录波进行了对比。结果表明:交流电压异常导致了换相失败。
Commutation failure is an important factor on safe and stable operation of the receiving end power grid for HVDC project. A commutation failure event in Jin-Su DC transmission project caused by a complex AC failure is taken as background, the process of fault and action sequences of protection are introduced. And the reason of the commutation failure and protection action is analyzed from principle. RTDS is connected to the true-type device of UHVDC control and protection to form a closed-loop simulation platform. The commutation failure event is inversed and the simulation result is compared with the actual recorded waveform. The results show that abnormal AC voltage leads to the commutation failure.
