摘要
目的:观察黄芪注射液辅助治疗耐多药肺结核的临床效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法:选择复治肺结核患者82例,随机分为对照组和观察组(各41例),对照组采用单纯化疗方案进行治疗,观察组在化疗的基础上联合黄芪注射液辅助进行治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、痰菌转阴率及两组患者的免疫功能改善情况。结果:治疗后观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组在治疗后3、6、9和18个月痰菌转阴率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组CD3+、CD4+和CD4+∕CD8+水平均明显高于治疗前和治疗后的对照组(P<0.01),而CD8+水平均明显低于治疗前和治疗后的对照组(P<0.01),两组患者均未发生明显的不良反应。结论:黄芪注射液辅助辅助治疗耐多药肺结核可显著增强患者免疫功能,改善患者临床症状与体征,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect and influence of Astragalus membranaceus injection on the immune function of patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis. Methods： Eighty-two cases with retreatment tuberculosis were divided into observation group and control group randomly. The control group was given routine anti-tuberculosis treatment, while the observation group was given Astragalus membranaceus injection on the basis of routine anti-tuberculosis treatment. The sputum negative conversion rate, clinical efficacy and immune function of the patients in the two groups were observed. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the observationlgroup was higher than that of the control group with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The sputum negative conversion rate in the observation group after the follow-up of 3 months,6 months ,9 months and 18 months was significantly higher than that in the control group with statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment the levels of CD3 ~ , CD4 ~ and CD4 ~/CD8 ＋ were significantly higher than those before treatment in the observation group,which were also higher than those in the control group after treatment. The levels of CD8 ~ were significantly lower than those before treatment in the observation group and than those in the control group after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups. Conclusions： The Astragalus membranaceus injection treatment can significantly enhance immune function and alleviate the symptoms and signs of acute exacerbation.
