摘要
2D/3D图像配准是一种图像信息融合技术,解决了医学图像领域不同维度的图像存在信息缺失的问题,在临床诊疗和手术导航中都有广泛的应用。所采用的配准方法是基于图像灰度的配准,通过以光线跟踪算法(Ray Casting)为基础的数字影像重建技术对CT体数据进行操作,从而生成虚拟X光线图像,使其与待配准的X光线图像进行比较,进行相似性测度的计算,通过优化算法使测度值达到最小。实验结果表明,本算法精度较高,而且当改变曝光强度,添加噪声等条件下,仍能保证很好的精度。
2D/3D image registration is a kind of image information fusion technology. In the field of medical image, this technology solves the problem of the lack of information with the image of different dimensions. It has a wide range of applications In clinical diagnosis and surgical navigation. The registration method is based on the gray level registration. Digitally Reconstructed Radiograph (DRR) technology which is based on the Ray Casting algorithm gener-ates DRR images of CT data. Compare it with the X ray images to be registered and the calculation of similarity mea-sure is carried out. The measured value is minimized by the optimization algorithm. Experimental results show that the algorithm has high precision, and when the exposure intensity is changed, and the noise is added, the accuracy of the algorithm can be guaranteed.
