摘要
目的探究云南白药联合宫颈环形电切术治疗难治性慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法选择2012年1月-2015年10月收治的415例难治性慢性宫颈炎患者作为观察对象,根据患者的病历号尾数奇偶分为观察组210例和参照组205例。观察组与参照组采用相同的方法治疗,对患者行宫颈环形电切术进行干预,观察组患者在此基础上辅以云南白药治疗。对两组的治疗效果、出血情况、愈合效果等指标进行评价。结果 （1）观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（2）观察组患者的阴道出血时间、排液时间等指标均优于参照组,差异同样显著（P〈0.05）;（3）观察组患者术后3个月的满意度明显高于参照组,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论云南白药联合宫颈环形电切术治疗对于难治性慢性宫颈炎的疗效显著,对于促进患者康复具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Yunnan Baiyao Combined with LEEP in the treatment of refractory chronic cervicitis. Methods From January 2012 and 2015 October,415 cases with refractory chronic cervicitis in Huanggu District maternity and infant hospital of Shenyang city were selected as the observation object,according to the patient＇s medical record number mantissa parity,they were randomly divided into observation group（ 210 cases）and control group（ 205 cases）. The observation group and control group were treated with loop electrosurgical excision for intervention,and observation group patients were combined with Yunnan Baiyao treatment. To evaluate the index of two groups of treatment effect,bleeding,healing effect etc. Results（ 1） In the observation group,effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）;（ 2） In the observation group,vaginal bleeding duration,discharge duration index were better than the control group,there is also significant differences（ P〈0. 05）;（ 3） In observation group,patient＇s satisfaction of three months after surgery was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups is statistically significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The clinical curative effect of Yunnan Baiyao Combined with LEEP in the treatment of refractory chronic cervicitis is remarkable,has important significance to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
