摘要
化学解析是指对复杂混合物质进行成分定性、定量和结构的分析,其特点是多种分离和分析方法的联合运用,也就是"综合分析",这种综合分析是分析科学中最具探索性和挑战性的学科。目前,随着各种大型先进仪器的普及,化学解析技术正在迅速发展并应用到各个行业之中。根据金属结合剂磨具制造工艺特点,以常规化学分析为基础,结合原子发射光谱、扫描电镜、能谱和X衍射仪等仪器分析,总结出一套较为完整的金属磨具的化学解析方法,为行业技术人员进行产品开发和质量控制提供参考。
Chemical analysis is qualitative,quantitative and structural analysis on the complex mixture, which is characterized by combining a variety of methods of separation and analysis, namely"comprehensive analysis". This comprehensive analysis is the most exploratory and challenging scientific discipline. At present, with the popularization of various kinds of large-scale advanced instruments,chemical analysis technology develops rapidly and is widely applied to various industries. Based on conventional chemical analysis and atomic emission spectrum,scanning electron microscope, energy spectrum and X-ray diffraction instrument,a set of relatively complete chemical analysis method is summarized,so as to provide reference for the industry technical personnel in product development and quality control.
