摘要
目的测量头颅X线侧位片中第三、四颈椎相关性增龄指标,评估其在法医学生物学年龄推断中的应用价值。方法随机抽取头颅X线侧位片203张,参考Mito颈椎测量方法对第三、四颈椎体进行定点测量(测量指标为3qh/3hh、3qh/C3宽、3hh/C3宽、MH3/C3宽、tan3;4qh/4hh、4qh/C4宽、4hh/C4宽、MH4/C4宽、tan4),并推导颈椎骨骨龄计算方程式,分析个体发育规律。结果将样本的实际年龄作为因变量,第三、四椎体各测量比值作为自变量,使用多元逐步回归分析的方法推导颈椎骨骨龄计算方程。男性:CVBA=3.72+5.97(3qh/C3宽)+6.41(MH4/C4宽)-0.23(4qh/4hh)+3.33tan3;女性:CVBA=6.05+1.40(3qh/C3宽)+3.67(MH4/C4宽)+2.57(4qh/4hh)+3.25 tan4。结论通过头颅X线侧位片推导出的颈椎骨龄方程在法医学上可作为推断青少年生物年龄的参考。
Objective To evaluate the application value of chronological age determination in forensics by screening measurement data of the third and fourth cervical vertebra index by cephalometric. Methods Two hundred and three cases were randomly selected according to the inclusion criteria, It refers to the Mito cervical vertebra bone age method to measure the third and fourth cervical vertebra index(3qh/3hh ,3qh/c3 wide ,3hh/c3 wide ,MH3/c3 wide, tan3 ;4qh/4hh ,4qh/C4 wide,4hh/C4 wide ,MH4/C4 wide,tan4), Using the method of stepwise linear regression to infer individual age formulas and to explore the rule of theoretical basis for clinical bone age judgment. Results Establish a biological age judgment formula by using the third and fourth cervical vertebra index. Male: CVBA=3.72+5.97 (3qh/ C3 wide)+6.41 (MH4/C4 wide)-0.23 (4qh/4hh)+3.33 tan3,Female: CVBV=6.05+1.40 (3 qh/C3 wide) 3.67 (MH4/C4 wide)+2.57(4 qh / 4 hh)+3.25tan4. Conclusion The chronological age determination in forensics by Screening mea- surement data of the third and fourth cervical vertebra index by cephalometric can be taken as reference.
