腰椎术后硬膜外粘连致腰椎手术失败综合征的手术治疗 被引量：5

摘要 近年来．随着腰椎减压手术的开展，腰椎手术失败综合征（failedbacksurgerysyndrome，FBSS）广泛出现，其发生率高达5％～40％，影响了手术治疗效果。FBSS是指发生在腰椎管减压术后仍存在以腰腿痛为主的一组临床症状或体征。腰椎手术失败综合征的患者，因腰腿痛持续存在，保守治疗效果不理想，多数患者存在心情焦虑、易激惹，严重影响生活质量。
