英国自由学校政策对公立学校系统的影响及其启示

摘要 2010年,戴维·卡梅伦(David Cameron)成为英国政府新一届首相,新政府执政后推行了一系列的教育改革,其中最受瞩目和最具争议的是自由学校(Free School)政策。虽然自由学校政策实施前期遭受了种种质疑,但在5年后的今天,自由学校政策取得了一定的成绩,其在改善和提高贫困地区教育质量方面,为改善我国基础教育尤其是农村地区和贫困地区的教育质量,缩小教育差距,化解教育领域的社会矛盾,提供了可资借鉴的经验。
