摘要
由于在地质结构复杂、土质比较密实容易塌孔的地区,对设计桩身长度大于16m的设计要求,采用传统柴油打桩锤或振动沉管的施工工艺,很难成孔,而采用长螺旋引孔双管夯扩灌注桩综合施工技术,既解决了在复杂密实地区超长沉管的成孔问题,同时也解决了超长桩身在混凝土灌注过程中产生的桩身的缩径、断桩以及桩身混凝土不密实的问题。
Due to the complex geological structure, soil is compacted easily collapse hole area, the design pile length greater than 16m design requirements by conventional diesel piling hammer or vibration sinking pipe construction technology,very hard into the hole,and the use of long spiral hole guiding pipe ramming cast-in-place pile construction technology.Not only solved the in complex dense area long immersed into the hole,but also solve the super long pile in concrete pouring process of pile of shrinkage,broken pile and the pile body concrete is not dense.
