摘要
在自贸区发展的背景下,现代服务业日益显现其重要价值。与此同时,对外贸行业、金融服务业、电子商务和物流业人才需求的影响日益突出,并提出了更高的标准。因此,自贸区现代服务业人才的培养必须确立以复合型人才培养、努力提高人才输出能力为总体的培养方针,建立相对完善的人才培养机制,以学促学,不断提高人才的创新能力,创新人才供给模式,为自贸区持续提供优质人才,以满足自贸区现代服务业人才的需求。
After the establishment of Free Trade Zone, modem service industry has become more and more important. Meanwhile, there are predominant impacts on talent demand in foreign trade business, financial services, E-commerce business and logistics industry, all of which ask for higher standards of talents. Therefore, talent cultivation for modem service industry under Free Trade Zone background must be produced the general principle focusing on inter-disciplinary and talent output ability; be set up relative mechanism promoting innovation ability and be brought forth new ideas on study with study, be talent supply mode in high-quality talent to meet the talent demand.
