摘要1病例介绍患者,女,73岁。因＂间断胸闷、胸痛3年,再发加重1周＂于2014年8月27日收住我院。血压147/70 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa）,心率59次·min^-1,神志清楚。有2型糖尿病史10年,平时口服阿卡波糖片、格列齐特缓释片,间断监测血糖。高血压病史10年,目前未服用药物。无吸烟饮酒史。
