再制造优先闭环供应链质量控制与优化系统动力学模型及仿真 被引量:16

Systematic Dynamic Model and Simulation for Quality Control and Optimization of Closed-Loop Supply Chain with Remanufacturing Priority

摘要 研究销售商主导并负责回收的二级闭环供应链系统,构建再制造优先质量控制系统动力学模型,分析制造商及销售商的质量投资决策,得出各级成员的质量投资决策之后,运用收益共享契约进行优化。仿真结果表明,制造商进行制造和再制造的原材料及回收品的质量性能以及各生产环节的技术水平状况对新产品及再制造产品质量水平影响较大,原材料的质量水平越高,工序质量保证能力越强,产品质量水平越高,因此,制造商控制原材料、回收品质量以及生产环节的技术投入水平可有效提高产品质量水平,而销售商适度加大对销售环节的投入可有效提升服务质量水平,提升供应链收益,同时,当销售商运用收益共享契约进行激励时,制造商的最优决策是致力于产品质量改进。 Remanufacturing activities have demonstrated a remarkable increase over the last decade due to the economic and environmental dimensions of sustainability. In particular, qulity control in production facilities has become a strategic issue of key importance affecting the protability of the recycling industry. Thus, this chain,structures a SD model of quality control paper studies a two-echelon closed-loop supply and optimization with remanufacturing priority designed to analysis quality investment decisions of manufacturers and retailers, after reached the results,we use revenue-sharing constract to optimize. Simulation results show that the qulity capacity of raw materials and recycling, also the technology of production processes have markedely impact on the quality of new product and remanufactured product. The higher of raw and process quality,the better of product quality,so Remanufacturer can improve product quality through controlling raw materials, recycling and the technology of production processes. Retailer moderately increase investment in the sales cycle can effectively improve service quality, finally improve supply chain revenue. The same time, Manufacturer optimal decision is committed to product quality improvement when retailers incentive with revenue-sharing contract.
