摘要
通过对传统恒温差和恒压差冷冻水控制系统进行比较分析,将温度和压力控制相结合,采用双闭环的控制策略,从而使冷冻水温差和供水压力得以兼顾,对单纯温度控制的时间滞后问题有所改善,同时内环压力设定可变,能在一定程度跟随系统压力需求,达到降低能耗的目的.
Based on the comparative analysis of traditional controlling system of cooling water with con-stant temperature and constant pressure,double closed-loop controlling strategy is presented to combine temperature control with pressure control together,so as to give attention to both the temperature difference of chilled water and the pressure of water supply.As a result,the time lag for simple temperature control has improved,and at the same time,the inner ring has set variable pressure,which,to a certain extent,can follow the system pressure,so as to achieve the goal of re-ducing energy consumption.
