摘要
为便于发动机概念设计阶段进排气系统的设计,通过AVL-BOOST软件建立整机一维热力学分析模型,分析了某增压发动机进排气系统不同压力损失时,对发动机性能的影响。分析结果表明,在进气压力损失一定时,随着排气背压的增大,发动机性能降低;在排气背压一定时,随着进气压力损失的增加,发动机的性能随之降低;同时发现排气背压和进气压力损失对发动机中高性能影响比较显著。为后期发动机进排气系统的开发提供可参考值,建议排气背压不超过40 k Pa,进气压力损失不超过6 k Pa。
ID thermodynamic analysis model is built using AVL-BOOST so as to design intake and exhaust system in the stage of engine concept design. This paper introduces the influence of intake and exhaust system in different pressure loss on engine performance. The results show that the engine performance is reduced with the increase of the exhaust back pressure in the condition of stable intake pressure loss; the engine performance is reduced with the increase of the intake pressure loss in the condition of stable exhaust back pressus. At the same time it is found that the influence of exhaust back pressure and intake pressure on engine performance is obvious, providing the reference for the future development of intake and exhaust system, it is recommended that the exhaust back pressure should be less than 40 kPa, the intake pressure loss should be less than 6kPa.
