摘要
目的探讨食管癌放疗患者采用中西医结合进行护理干预的应用效果。方法将2012年1月起住院放射治疗的食管癌Ⅲ期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。治疗组在常规护理的基础上增加中医治疗和护理,进行心理干预项目,对照组采用常规护理,比较2组放疗期间消化道反应减轻和进食梗阻症状改变情况。结果治疗1个月后2组消化道放疗反应减轻和进食梗阻症状改善进行比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论食管癌患者放疗期间采用中西医结合进行护理干预,能明显改善其临床症状,顺利完成治疗计划。
Objective To discuss the application effect of integratd medicine nursing in patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy. Methods From January 2012, hospitalized patients with radiation therapy of esophageal Ⅲ period were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 60 cases. On the basis of conventional nursing, the treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine therapy and nursing, psychological intervention project. The control group used conventional care. The gastrointestinal reaction during radiotherapy to mitigate and eating obstruction symptoms change of the two groups were compared. Results After one month treatment, the digestive tract radiation reaction and eating obstruction symptoms were improved, and the difference had statistical significance （ P＆lt;0. 01 ） . Conclusion Esophageal cancer patients during radiotherapy with internal injuries theory of TCM nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, and complete treatment plan.
