摘要
随着经济的飞速发展,环境问题日益严峻,很多地区以牺牲环境来发展经济,甚至严重影响了本地居民的日常生活,所以提高生活污水处理厂的污水处理能力迫在眉睫。文章主要对生活污水处理厂实施第三方运营模式的利弊进行探讨,希望能够对生活污水处理厂的运营与管理提供帮助。
With the rapid development of economy, environment problem is becoming more and more serious, many areas to develop the economy at the expense of the environment, or even seriously affect the daily life of local residents, so as to improve sewage treatment plant sewage treatment capacity is imminent.This paper mainly discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the third party operation mode in domestic sewage treatment plant, hoping to provide help for the operation and management of domestic sewage treatment plant.
