摘要
目的探讨分析精细化安全管理在老年病房管理中的应用效果。方法选择2013年6月至2015年6月在我院老年病房住院治疗的患者184例作为研究对象,将老年患者依照疾病种类分层后,按照随机数字表法分为2组。对负责观察组的92例老年患者护理工作的护士实施精细化护理安全管理,对负责对照组的92例老年患者护理工作的护士实施常规性护理安全管理。对比两组患者住院期间对护理的满意度、护理质量评分情况及老年住院患者安全问题发生情况。结果观察组护理总满意度为91.30%,显著高于对照组的60.87%;观察组管床护士护理合格率及整体护理质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者安全问题总发生率为2.18%,显著少于对照组的9.78%(P<0.05)。结论在老年病房管理中采用精细化安全管理模式可显著提高护理质量及患者满意度,有效降低安全问题发生情况,值得推广。
Objective To discuss and analyze fine safety management in geriatric ward management. Methods 184 elderly patients from June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected as research subjects. In accordance with their types of disease, these patients were stratified before being divided into the treatment group and the control group with random number table. There were 92 people in each group. Took fine safety-nursing management on the treatment group while took routine safety management on the control group. Compared patient satisfaction on nursing, nursing quality and the incidence of safety problems for elderly inpatients between two groups during their hospitalization. Results Total satisfaction on nursing in treatment group was 91.30%, which was significantly higher than 60.87% in control group. The pass rate of bedside nurses in treatment group and the overall pass rate of nursing quality were significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）. The overall incidence of safety issues in treatment group was 2.18%, which was significantly less than 9.78% in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fine safety management in geriatric ward can significantly improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction, and reduce safety issues. It is worth of promoting.
